Melania Trump looks different today based on her throwback photos.

The former first lady is one of the most beautiful faces today. However, many noticed that her face looked very different when she was younger, sparking rumors that she had plastic surgery.

Nicki Swift shared throwback photos of Melania on TikTok. The outlet noted that when the ex-FLOTUS was younger, she used to have pale skin and darker hair. The Slovenian model now has dusty bronze skin.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Vartan Mardirossian pointed out to Life & Style that Melania's cheekbones are now "well-projected." Her eyes also appear squintier.

The changes in Melania's appearance over the years sparked a discussion on social media, with some speculating that she had some cosmetic work done.

"Plastic surgery??" one commented on TikTok.

Another added, "I think she's had her nose done, but the rest is her. She's a beautiful woman."

"She has had a lot of work," another replied.

Comparison photos of Melania were also shared on X, formerly Twitter, in February. The online users also voiced the same sentiment -- that Melania had surgery -- at the time.

"Way too much plastic surgery, fillers, botox, fake boobs and teeth, lipo," one commented.

Another added, "Bad cheek implants and a full facelift."

"It doesn't look like the same person. The nose, mouth, eyes - everything is different," someone else wrote.

"Is it just me, or was Melania Trump prettier before her plastic surgery?" another user opined.

A different commenter suggested, "She had a bad surgeon."

Meanwhile, many were convinced that the changes in Melania's appearance had nothing to do with surgery. They claimed they were natural and part of aging.

"It's called age. Furthermore, Melania was a very successful model when she met the president," one commented on the recent TikTok video.

Another added, "People change as they get older. That's how it works."

"She's beautiful inside and out. Makeup trends change. Fake eyelashes, thicker eyeliner. I'm sure she has the best skin care money can buy," another user said, suggesting the changes were due to makeup.

"She is 20 years older," another commenter said.

A different user remarked, "She was younger, and that's it."

However, some plastic surgeons believe she had several procedures to achieve her current look. Dr. Dev Patel, medical director of Perfect Skin Solutions in Portsmouth, and Dr. Munir Somji, chief medical officer at Dr. MediSpa, said Melania might have had Botox. Somji was also convinced that she had forehead contouring with filler, buccal fat removal to slim her face and fillers around her jawline.

Jag Chana, a consultant plastic surgeon, and Patel speculated that she had a nose job. Per Chana, her nose could be the reason for her facial restructuring.

"Comparing the earlier photo from when she is younger and the later life pictures, one can see that the nasal shape has changed," he explained. "The nose is narrower, and the tip is more refined. The very minor irregularities along the bridge line are suggestive of an osteotomy, which is part of the procedure during a rhinoplasty which narrows the nose."

Melania had previously addressed the surgery rumors. She shut down the speculations that she went under the knife, telling GQ in 2016, "I didn't make any changes."

"A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn't do anything," Melania said.

"I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body. I'm against Botox, I'm against injections; I think it's damaging your face, damaging your nerves. It's all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does."
