Mary-Kate Olsen's much older boyfriend Oliver Sarkozy, 42, just bought a townhouse in New York's east villiage for $6.5 million -- its full-asking price. However, the 26-year-old twin is not officially moving into the estate, reported the New York Daily News, she'll just be leaving her clothes there.
