On Wednesday former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing was indicted on a murder charge for what has been described as a "senseless, asinine shooting" of Samuel Dubose. Dubose was unarmed remained unthreatening during the encounter, which resulted in his own murder at the hands of Tensing. Tensing reportedly lied in the incident report claiming that he had been dragged by Dubose's car. However, Hamilton County prosecuting attorney, Joseph T. Deters, released a video of the shooting of Samuel Dubose that reveals crucial evidence against Tensing.
