Although the mother of two and her co-star, Kim Richards, were seen spying on Ruiz during season five of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Glanville insists she's moved on from her former relationship with Ruiz.

Glanville and Ruiz began dating nearly three years ago after meeting at one of Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's Annual White Party events. However, throughout the couple's relationship, there were frequent breakups and makeups. Then, weeks ago, they called it quits for good.

“We break up and make up every other week," Glanville explained to Rumorfix. "But ultimately him working at the Agency with Mauricio [Umansky] has made it really hard for us to socialize because he gets along with them and works with [Mauricio] who recently sent me a legal letter."

"It’s uncomfortable for me, him, etc to go to agency events," Glanville continued. "Not to mention he is exhausting! I care about him a ton but don’t think it’s true love – we haven’t seen each other lately accept for one accidental run in that turned into a sleepover :/ accidents happen.”
