George Clooney is one of the most recognizable Hollywood names in the world while his wife Amal is a respected Human Rights lawyer that is well known in the international community. There's a new report that says the Clooneys are planning double dates with Channing Tatum and his wife Jenna as the two actors became good pals while filming their latest movie together, Hail Caesar!.

According to OK! Magazine on Monday, Clooney and Channing have become so close that they are supposedly planning double dates with their wives. A source that was on their film set said that the two Hollywood hunks started bonding when they realized that they have "the same sense of humor."

George in particular is known to be one of the entertainment world's biggest pranksters. Unfortunately for him though, Channing had some tricks up his sleeve, too.

An insider said that Channing, "put hot sauce in George's coffee, Saran Wrap on the toilet seat in his trailer."

Apparently, George was also mighty impressed with Channing's acting skills and wanted their wives to meet. There have been reports in the past that have said Amal is eager to make new friends with Hollywood connections.

"Jenna was a little nervous, but Channing told her how down-to-earth George is," the source says.
