One Direction has been causing some chaos in media coverage lately between the wonderment on if Louis Tomlinson is really going to be a dad and their sneaky ways of dropping their new single "Drag Me Down" overnight toward the end of last week.

Are One Direction's Harry Styles & Miley Cyrus 'Soul Mates'?

The band is currently in New York City and unfortunately Liam Payne had a rough time on the streets of the bustling city.

He took to Twitter Monday night in quite a mood after dealing with many rude people.

The 1D lad doesn't understand the nature of some people in New York having the audacity "to swear and shout horrible things" at others and in this case at him.

Payne politely declined taking photos with fans, but it didn't go over well obviously.

The 1D member just wants "to be able to see New York without being followed chased and cornered like an animal until other people get what they want."

Despite the rough start to spending some time in New York City for promo and such, Payne and the other lads were looking forward to performing on Good Morning America. Just a few hours before taking the stage to perform and chat a bit, Payne tweeted Tuesday morning, "Great to see all the fans in Central Park."

During the band's little live chat prior to performing, GMA's Michael Strahan brought up the news about Tomlinson becoming a dad, which is definitely without a doubt confirmed now since the oldest 1D lad did finally address it as seen in the snippet captured by a fan who was watching the segment.

"From one father to another I want to congratulate you on your upcoming fatherhood. So how are you feeling?" Strahan said, which prompted Tomlinson to say, "Obviously it's a very exciting time, so I'm buzzing, thank you."
