The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired on Tuesday night, where 38 models took to the runway in the annual star-studded event attended by celebrities and watched by viewers all over the country.

Among the nights models were many new faces, some already recognizable Angels and some who missed the big show.

Adriana Lima opened up the night dressed as a ringleader. She returned to the runway almost eight weeks after having her second child and said in the preshow special that getting back in shape for the show was "the biggest challenge." She said she worked five hours a day with her personal trainer leading up to the fashion show and relied heavily on her nutritionist as well, but had only one word of advice for those trying to lose weight.

"Keep one word in mind," she said. "Determination. With that word in mind you can achieve anything."

The 31-year-old Brazilian beauty ended the show in the Angels in Bloom collection, dressed in a red lace lingerie set with a large red piece of fabric behind her made to resemble a rose.

Another Brazilian beauty, Alessandra Ambrosio, 31, wore the $2.5 million bra at the fashion show on Tuesday night in the Angels in Bloom section. This year's $2.5 million Floral Fantasy bra, created by London Jewelers of New York, came with a belt and features two detachable flower pins, and a drop centerpiece that has a 20-carat white diamond, a 12-carat white diamond and a 21-carat pear-shaped ruby. The bra set also came with a diamond encrusted perfume bottle, though that did not come onto the runway. All three items in the Fantasy set together rank up a total of $3 million, according to a London Jewelers spokesperson.

Miranda Kerr wore last year's $2.5 million bra. This year, among her many ensembles, was a black and white lingerie set for the Silver Screen Angels collection, inspired by the 10th anniversary of Swarovski. The 29-year-old Australian matched the piece with jewels hanging from the bra and large diamond dangling earrings.

VS Angel Erin Heatherton, 23, was in the fashion show (which was taped on Nov. 7) fresh off her breakup with actor Leonardo DeCaprio. In a segment where the models were asked what they like in a man, the Illinois native said she really likes big hands and broad shoulders. While getting ready for the show backstage, she told reporters that she was having the best time at the show and that she could not feel more beautiful, and added that she finds attractive in a guy,  "A big heart, sense of humor and just being real, honesty."

Candice Swanepoel was featured in the show as well and according to the brand, the 24-year-old has a booming career and is "everyone now." A segment of the show followed the South African's rise to Victoria's Secret superstardom and she herself said that she has no idea where she would be "if it wasn't for Victoria's Secret." In the fashion show's pre-show, audiences learned that Swanepoel started off as a fit model for the brand, meaning Victoria's Secret would try outfits on her to see how they would look on the body of the models taking the runway. She was later put in one of the fashion show's and never looked back. Swanepoel said she was scouted out back in South Africa when she was in the supermarket with family members. She was sent to London for a casting, then to one for Victoria's Secret and never returned to her ordinary life back in South Africa.

Missing from the fashion show on Tuesday was Marissa Miller, who is pregnant, Chanel Iman and Rosie Huntington. For more information on the fashion show, click here.
