Leonardo DiCaprio and Victorias' Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr were reportedly "flirting" at a party in New York City.

A witness saw Kerr (who is married to actor Orlando Bloom, 35) and DiCaprio at the opening of Rosewood on East 19th Street last Friday, according to the New York Daily News.

"Miranda was sitting with him most of the night. She had her legs draped over him,"  the eyewitness told the paper. "They were talking to each other a lot."

The latest outing ignited rumors of a romantic relationship between the two. Kerr and DiCaprio were also spotted at a party on Nov. 10 at the Darby Downstairs where they were celebrating DiCaprio's 38th birthday with other A-list celebrities such as Beyonce, Jay Z, Robert De Niro and Cameron Diaz.

A week later on Nov. 21, they were also spotted together dining with a group of friends at ABC Kitchen.

However, a source told People magazine that the rumors are not true.

"Miranda and Leo are really good friends, been friends for years," a source told People. "It was a PG -13 fun night. ... It was one big table [of people] ... dancing on top of the banquette."

It's "B.S." a second source told the magazine. "They are just friends."

DiCaprio and Bloom are reportedly close friends. Bloom is currently filming "Zulu" and most recently has been shooting in South Africa.

Kerr and Bloom married in July 2010 and have a 1-year-old son named Flynn.

DiCaprio recently broke up with Victorias' Secret supermodel Erin Heatherton.
