Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen reportedly have a lawsuit on their hands as their company was apparently not sharing its profits with the interns.

Did Mary-Kate Olsen Get Plastic Surgery?

On Tuesday, People posted an update on the Olsen twins' fashion business through the company Dualstar Entertainment Group. The business is reportedly being taken to court with a claim that says the interns worked overtime hours of strenuous work with no money received nor college credit.

Dualstar, on the other hand, has certainties that they will not be held responsible.

More Rumors Circulate Around Mary-Kate Olsen & Possible Plastic Surgery

"As an initial matter, Dualstar is an organization that is committed to treating all individuals fairly and in accordance with all applicable laws," the statement from the company says. "The allegations in the complaint filed against Dualstar are groundless, and Dualstar will vigorously defend itself against plaintiff's claims in court, not before the media. Dualstar is confident that once the true facts of this case are revealed, the lawsuit will be dismissed in its entirety."

The lead plaintiff in the case is former design intern Shahista Lalani who worked for Mary-Kate and Ashley's fashion label, The Row, under a head technical designer. Lalani opened up to Page Six on the stress she had to go through; according to her, there were interns who broke down in tears.

"I was doing the work of three interns," Lalani said. "I was talking to her all day, all night. E-mails at nighttime for the next day, like 10 p.m. at night."

"You're like an employee, except you're not getting paid," she added. "They're kind of mean to you. Other interns have cried. I'd see a lot of kids crying doing coffee runs, photocopying stuff."
