It looks like Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's mission to bring more good to this world is working. There's a new report that says the former 19 Kids & Counting stars are apparently working with gang members during their missionary trip in Central America and are even working to bring them "closer to God" as well.

Jill Duggar, Derick Dillard News 2015: Has The Couple Given Up On Being Television Celebrities?

According to Charisma News on Tuesday, Derick updated his fans about the couple's progress during their trip. Even though Jill and Derick are living in an undisclosed location with their 4-month-old son Israel, there are reports that say the couple might be living in one of the most dangerous regions of El Salvador.

Derick wrote on the family's blog, "The gang violence has been something we have been very aware of, especially during the last month. We have seen Isaiah 61:1 come to life. We have had the opportunity to minister to several gang members and even see some come to freedom in Christ!"

Duggar Family News: TLC Stars Reportedly At Risk Of Losing Millions

According to Daily Mail last month, the former reality television stars are taking quite the risk during their missionary trip in El Salvador, as they are living in an area that is in the middle of the country's deadly drug gang wars. To make things worse, the only place where Jill can buy diapers and baby products is in the same area where six bloody murders occurred back in June.

What's more, there is also a travel warning for American citizens wanting to visit El Salvador. The U.S. State Department says there is a high risk of crime and that extortion is quite common.

The couple left the country after it was reported that Jill's brother Josh Duggar sexually molested four of his sisters and a babysitter when he was a teenager back in 2002 and 2003. Jill along with her sister Jessa were the only two family members to confirm that they were molested by their brother at the time.
