When it comes to Bethenny Frankel and her sense of humor, you either love it, or you hate it. The Real Housewives of New York star is definitely giving her fans mixed signals as she won't confirm or deny rumors that she is dating Hollywood actor Eric Stonestreet.

According to Closer Magazine on Wednesday, Frankel did finally say that she does have some sort of relationship with him, but wouldn't say whether they are just friends or as the saying goes, friends with benefits.

During an interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live this week, a caller asked Frankel to "spill the tea" before adding, "What's really going on with you and Eric Stonestreet?"

"Eric Stonestreet and I are friends. He's an awesome guy. I don't confirm or deny dating rumors and that's what I'm saying," Frankel replied.

She then added, "Eric's awesome. As I said [earlier] today, he's a great actor. And we're sleeping together tonight. He's at my apartment right now. So, you know?"

Yet, according to Reality Tea on Wednesday, Frankel admitted that she is in fact dating and that she is very happy with her personal life right now.

As far as her sex life, she admitted, "I'm not making it a habit of confirming or denying anything. I decided that I'm not doing that. I'm just saying that I'm happy and in the fall I intend to be very, very sexually active."
