Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) won't be the only characters going through some stuff in Fox's Bones next season.

Is Booth Set To Disappear Early Into 'Bones' Season 11?

When the 11th season of Bones premieres this fall, Booth will go missing. While this will take up plenty of screentime, Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins (T. J. Thyne) will have a compelling story arc of their own.

"They have a really interesting, emotional, powerful arc," executive producer Jonathan Collier told TVLine in a new report. "We're taking them on a ride."

Is Booth's Son Parker Returning To 'Bones' Next Season?

Fellow executive producer Michael Peterson added, "In Episode 10, everything will change for them."

There is no additional info on what this means for Angela and Hodgins. When we last saw them, they decided not to move to Paris as they originally intended.

Meanwhile, Hodgins' brother Jeremy (Jonno Roberts) might be back in the upcoming 11th season as well.

"We were dying to see his brother [in Season 10], but there was an availability issue with [Roberts]," show runner Stephen Nathan told TVLine previously. "But we will definitely see him again. It's a wonderful storyline, one that we definitely want to go back and explore much more."

Jeffrey Hodgins was first introduced in the season 9 episode The Heiress in the Hill. Jeffrey has schizo-affective disorder and expressed in the episode how he believed only a few select people can see through the "static" between the real and the nonexistent.

Bones season 11 premieres Thursday, Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
