According to Extra TV back in March, Spelling's husband Dean McDermott said that she tripped and fell on a hot grill at a Hibachi restaurant and from a result of her accident had to undergo skin grafts on her arm.

McDermott revealed at the time, "She's recovering, doing pretty good, at home resting, she's not here in New York with me."

According to the Daily Mail on Sunday, Spelling was spotted wearing arm bandages while she was out and about at a local Farmer's Market in Malibu with her family. Fans can't help but wonder what is really going on and how long it will take her to recover.

Some comments from fans included, "She must be suing. I know people who had skin grafts that healed in a month," along with, "How convenient she needs money and then happens to fall onto a hibachi grill at a restaurant?"

Another commenter wrote, "How long is she going to wear that sleeve on her arm? I had a really bad burn once from a motorcycle, and I didn't do this. It was on my leg and they said nothing to me about covering my legs all summer. I personally think she's a hypochondriac."

So far Spelling has not made any public comments about the accident.
