“I look at our pics sometimes it makes me smile sometime I cry #happymemories…I’m so happy/blessed that I had @REALbkBrown in my life. i will always & forever love you.”

Gordon is currently being sued by Brown’s estate for wrongful death. He is accused of handing Brown a “toxic cocktail” that made her become unconscious just before she was found unresponsive in her bathtub on Jan. 31. After that she spent roughly three months in a coma and was transferred to a rehab facility before going to a hospice center in late June. She died just less than a month later, on July 26.

While the details of the case are still unknown and full of gaps and questions that may never be answered, Brown’s ex roommate has spoken out on Facebook about what he believes took place. Mason Whitaker said he’s convinced it was simply a “bad batch” of heroine that took out Brown. He pointed the finger at Gordon and two of their friends Max Lomas and Danyela. Lomas is the one who found Brown. Whitaker accused them of trying to “cover up the scene and make it look like an accident and didn’t call the police until about 20 minutes after she was dead.”

On top of that he said Brown’s aunt, Pat Houston, offered to pay Danyela and Lomas money to blame the whole thing on Gordon.
