Although Cartwright went under the knife just one week ago (she's believed to have gotten breast implants), she was back in the swing of things this weekend, and she and her Vanderpump Rules boyfriend enjoyed a meal out.

For the last several weeks, Taylor and the cast of Vanderpump Rules have been filming season four, and during production, Cartwright has been seen in photos with nearly all of her co-stars. While it remains unclear whether or not she will have a full-time role on the new season, it's safe to say she'll be seen quite often due to her romance with Taylor.

Throughout season four, fans of Vanderpump Rules will see a number of eventful moments, including the engagement of Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, and the fallout from Taylor's arrest in Hawaii. They will also get to see Taylor's new relationship for the very first time. Last year, Taylor dated a couple of different women, but months after filming wrapped, he began dating Cartwright, and the couple have been together ever since.

Jax Taylor and the cast of Vanderpump Rules are expected to return Bravo for season four later this year.
