On Monday, Uproxx shared an interview with the actress and her American Ultra co-star Jesse Eisenberg where they dished on a number of random topics, including Comic-Con and their friendship with each other. When Twilight was brought up, Stewart gushed over being a part of those films with only fond memories.

"I was so genuinely, heavily entrenched in that, and not in a way that felt like an obligation," she said. "Even though after the first one, which stood alone, it lasted a long time. It's hard to speak to a five-year period in a few sentences, but I loved doing it."

When Stewart starred in this series, she was dating her co-star Robert Pattinson at the time. While some might think these movies would being up sore memories, the actress made it clear that this was a wonderful time of her life. But would she feel the same if the films got a reboot?

"If other people? Yeah, sure," she said. "To be honest with you: I would be interested. I'd be kind of fascinated, but it wouldn't emotionally affect me one way or the other."

In an interview with Toronto Sun (via Gossip Cop), Stewart mentioned that being a part of Twilight was a "huge shock to the system."

"The whole production and every actor involved was hit like a ton of bricks," she added.
