All of this season’s drama on Rookie Blue has led to the moment that will play out on tonight’s episode of the hit ABC series.

Marlo Cruz is set to have her baby! Sam Swarek is the father, and while he’s dating Andy McNally, he and Marlo have been working on co-parenting with one another. Interestingly enough, Andy is the one on the scene when Marlo’s water breaks. Andy lets Marlo know that her contractions are only two minutes apart and she’s concerned they won’t be able to make it to the hospital for the baby’s arrival.

Marlo tries to take the stairs but Andy lets her know they could get stuck.

“The good news is you’re going to have a baby today. The bad news is it’s going to be here. Breathe slowly or whatever it is you’re supposed to do.”

Marlo then lets Andy know that she’s not gonna be able to wait for the medics to arrive, so she calls on Andy to help her push!

The network released a synopsis for the episode, which is called 90 Degrees.

“During a heat wave, Andy and a very-pregnant Marlo go in search of Sylvia, a missing woman who Marlo believes is suicidal. They track Sylvia down at her apartment, but while trying to subdue her. Marlo goes into labor. With the electricity out, Andy realizes she’s going to have to deliver Marlo’s baby right then and there!”
