Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had convinced Liam (Scott Clifton) and everyone else that Aly's death had truly been a freak accident, but now, following Ivy's (Ashleigh Brewer) accusations, he will begin to question the story he has been told on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Ivy Shares Her Suspicions About Steffy With Liam

Ivy strongly hinted that Aly's death hadn't been caused by her tripping and falling and then hitting her head on a rock, and she also said that Steffy could give him the answers about what she meant. However, when Liam goes to her for an explanation, he will notice that she will start acting a bit cagey and defensive.

"I think it's a simple question with a simple answer," he says to Steffy in a preview clip for the Thursday, Aug. 20 episode. "And I think you know that."

Ivy Ensures Wyatt's Loyalty To Her

Finally, after he continues to pry for answers, Steffy will confess what really happened, and will tell Liam about the video Ivy has been holding over her head for blackmail.

"Aly fell because I hit her," she admits.

After her confession, Liam will be shocked, but he will also want to see the proof of the situation for himself-and will head to Ivy and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) with a demand that he get to watch the video for himself before he comes to any conclusions.

"I want to see the video," he says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
