Apparently, things are not going so well for Amal and George Clooney these days. If you want to believe the tabloid blogs, the couple has been fighting non-stop all because Amal supposedly wants George to get rid of all his "Bachelor pads" before they settle down in their home in England together.

According to Closer Magazine on Friday, Amal wants her Hollywood husband to sell his Lake Como home in Italy because she thinks it's gotten way too much publicity in the past several years. What's more, she also thinks now is a good time to put it on the market. Unfortunately George doesn't want to part with the property and the couple has been aruging about it non-stop.

"She asked [George] if he'd ever sell and he pretty much told her no and to not bother asking that again," a source told the entertainment news outlet. "She loves Como, but she hates how open it is and she'd love him to get something more private."

The report also says that the mansion is worth an estimated $100 million. George bought it back in 2001 for just $10 million.

"Amal has good business sense and it's a good time to sell," the insider continued. "She found out how much he paid for it 13 years ago and its value has tripled."

The source added, "[Amal] feels vulnerable in that house. Everyone's betting they'll be decamping to LA soon, but George will be missing Italy."

George also owns a vacation home in Mexico in addition to the mansion they are currently renovating in England.
