Kim Kardashian Gained 20 Pounds Since Dating Kanye West, Forgets Exercise

Kim Kardashian has said many times that she is happier than she has ever been since she began dating Kanye West, but a source close to the reality star said all that happiness has led to the reality star gaining 20 pounds.

The 32-year-old fashionista is known for her curvy and voluptuous body, but a friend of hers told Heat magazine that Kardashian has become less disciplined with her exercise routine and packed on the pounds as a result.

"Instead of hitting the gym at 6 am, she's finding herself staying in bed with Kanye and really letting her guard down," a source said.

Though Kardashian is usually very responsible about following her exercise schedule and never letting her work outs slip, her infatuation with West has caused her to become relaxed and ignore her routine.

"She's normally ruthless when it comes to diet and exercise, but since she met Kanye her discipline has gone out the window," the insider said.

Kardashian herself admitted recently that since she began dating West, she has developed a weakness for date nights and she is hoping to become more serious about keeping her body in shape in the near future.

"I'm hoping to slim down a little bit, and I'm not afraid to say it," Kardashian said. "I think everyone goes up and down in whatever that comfortable love-relationship phase is, where you like to eat out, but now it's time to get it together again."

Kardashian has been reportedly planning a wedding with West that will take place as soon as she is legally divorced from Kris Humphries. Her vision for the ceremony is similar to Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding.

'Kim would love to wed at Westminster Abbey like William and Catherine, but that won't be possible. Instead she's been looking at castles near London," an insider said. "She wants the most spectacular wedding and she's talking about having guests like Jay-Z and Beyonce, Eva Longoria, Lindsay Lohan, Rihanna and Katy Perry arrive in horse drawn carriages - just like the royal wedding.''
