It looks like Tori Spelling's life is just plagued with nothing but problems. There's a new report that says her husband Dean McDermott is a "deadbeat" dad to his son Jack with his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace. Apparently, he hasn't been making his child support payments and hasn't been much of a presence in his life, either.

According to Entertainment Tonight on Friday, Eustace lashed out on her ex-husband, who left her to marry Spelling back in 2006. She says that the Canadian actor owes five months' worth of child support payments in a new lawsuit.

The former actress said, "I can't imagine not paying your child support. It's a legal obligation. I can't imagine not paying that and letting that lapse and that's why I had to get an advocate to see what we can do about that situation. It doesn't make any logical sense to me either - why that would happen."

Eustace filed a petition claiming that McDermott owes her about $8,700 in back payments. She says that she reached out to him several times but unfortunately is yet to receive a response.

She added, "In my mind, that's something you would never want to be made public. You would want to make sure that was taken care of, because that's a pretty bad thing. I don't get the whole picture at all, because it seems that it all could be avoidable."

So far neither Spelling nor McDermott have made any comments about Eustace's claims.
