Jessica Biel's athletic trainer just gave some insight on how the actress got her figure back within four months after giving birth.

Jessica Biel Is Looking Super Athletic Four Months After Having Her Baby

On Saturday, E! News shared a report from personal trainer Jason Walsh who's been working with Biel two to three times a week. As he attended the opening of fitness studio Rise Nation in West Hollywood, he opened up on how this place will be perfect for new moms.

"This is a great for post-baby...Rise Nation is fantastic," Walsh said. "Mothers, after having the kid, they really need to pay attention to the breastfeeding and stuff like that. She can't really lose everything 'cause she is breastfeeding. It's going to take a while. At least here, we aren't doing too much. She can kind of go at her own pace and it's fantastic."

One particular activity that ought to work nicely for women who just gave birth is the VersaClimber.

"Anyone can do it," Walsh said. "The great thing about the VersaClimber is it's super safe. It's a natural motion; it's a crawling motion. We're all born with it. It's low-impact. It reinforces proper movement patters. It's the upper and lower body. It's huge cardio or conditioning impact. Metabolically speaking, it incinerates calories more than anything else out there."

Biel became a mom in April when she brought her son, Silas, into the world. The child's father is Biel's husband, Justin Timberlake.
