Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra tied the knot on Saturday, and on social media, a bevy of photos have been shared.

Among the photos of Lowell and Baltierra to hit the web are pictures of Lowell in her wedding dress, a shot of Baltierra in his tuxedo and a photo of the couple's Teen Mom co-stars, Amber Portwood, Kailyn Lowry and Maci Bookout.
Along with a photo of the bride in her wedding dress, Lowell and Baltierra's adoption counselor told fans, "Such a sweet and beautiful bride! What a journey it has been!"

Lowell and Baltierra began dating 10 years ago, and became pregnant a short time later. As fans of 16 & Pregnant witnessed, the couple chose adoption for their first daughter, Carly, and welcomed a second child, daughter Novalee, earlier this year.

Since welcoming Novalee, Lowell and Baltierra have enjoyed everything parenthood has brought, and continued to enjoy their open adoption with Carly, who was in attendance during their wedding on Saturday.
