She was being given yet another thing she wanted, but after realizing just what her newest enemy had and was willing to use in order to ruin her life, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will shock everyone by turning down the position of the newest face of Forrester Creations on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Ivy Clashes With Quinn

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) gave the modeling gig to her, but after Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) showed her the video which clearly shows her hitting Aly with a tire iron right before she died, Steffy realized that the footage doesn't look like self-defense, bu the murder Ivy is claiming it is. Now, in one last desperate plea to try and reason with her cousin, Steffy will try to make a case for the fact that if she hadn't done what she did, then Aly would have killed her.

"Aly was going to hit me with a rock. I had no choice but to defend myself," she says to Ivy in a preview clip for the Tuesday, August 25 episode.

However, Ivy will still refuse to believe her, and with her blackmail in hand, will accept Steffy giving up the position with glee.

"You are looking at the new face of Forrester Creations," she gloats to Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) in the clip.

However, Steffy's decision to give up the modeling gig and the spotlight that comes with it, which is uncharacteristic for her, will still cause Ridge to wonder what's going on with his daughter-especially after Thomas seems to support the decision without any concern or hesitation.

"If I thought Steffy was making the wrong decision, I'd let you know," he says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
