Bobby Brown has hit the stage for the first time since his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, passed away last month at the age of 22.

Nick Gordon Doesn’t Let Murder Allegations Stop Him From Visiting Bobbi Kristina’s Gravesite

Brown performed Sunday night during the Hollywood Bowl and actually surprised the crowd as he and R&B songstress Macy Gray belted out their song "Real Love" together. The audience was extremely excited to see him and showed their joy with cheers and screams for Bobby.

He also took to the time to thank fans for their support and prayers.

Bobby Brown’s Sister Reveals What Really Sparked Feud With Pat Houston

Brown’s performance comes just weeks after Bobbi Kristina died after a tragic incident that occurred on Jan. 31. She was found unconscious and facedown in the bathtub of her Roswell, Ga. home. She was never able to fully recover after being in a coma for roughly three months and even being taken to a rehab center before passing away in a hospice facility.

Her death is being investigated as a criminal situation and many fingers are pointing at Bobbi Kristina’s longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon. The two lived together and Gordon was home when a friend, Max Lomas, discovered Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub. They are rumored to have had a tumultuous relationship that was thrust into the headlines after Bobbi Kristina’s mother and Bobby’s ex-wife Whitney Houston passed in very similar circumstances back in February of 2012. Gordon is facing a $10 million lawsuit from Bobbi Kristina’s estate who claims that he is behind her death.

Before Bobbi Kristina’s passing, Bobby and Houston’s sister-in-law Pat Houston were granted co-guardianship of Bobbi Kristina.
