The number of suspects in Silas' murder has grown exponentially in recent days, and now, Franco (Roger Howarth), Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Ava (Maura West) are all waiting in jail cells to have either their innocence or guilt proven on General Hospital.

Morgan's Reaction To Ava Being Alive Surprises Kiki

Ava is in jail because her identity being revealed meant she would need to once again face the murder charges against her for Connie's death, but Nina and Franco are both in cells because they are suspected of Silas' murder. Franco confessed to the crime (though he didn't commit it) to protect Nina, while she is there because of the photo Ava released that showed her kneeling over Silas' dead body with a knife in her hand.

Now, there are concerns about Nina's safety as she sits in jail-both from her mother, Madeline (Donna Mills) and brother, Nathan (Ryan Paevy).

Ava's Identity Is Revealed

"Nina swears she didn't do it and I believe her," Nathan says to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in a preview clip for the Wednesday, August 26 episode.

Meanwhile Madeline will be livid when she learns the news, and will confront Ric (Rick Hearst) for his role in putting Nina behind bars.

"What the hell is my daughter doing in your jail?" she demands in the clip.

Meanwhile, Ava will get a visit from the last person she wanted to see after her identity was revealed-Sonny (Maurice Benard) who will gloat that she is finally going to pay for the crimes she committed.

"What goes around comes around!" he yells in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
