On Wednesday, OK! Magazine caught up with the actress's personal trainer Jason Walsh who told the publication that Biel loves to exercise. There's nothing better than putting in a hard workout only to have positive results.

"She enjoys the way she feels when she works out and the results that she sees," Walsh said.

It was also revealed that the actress goes by a Paleo Diet where she avoids processed food as well as starches and sugars.

Biel and her husband, Justin Timberlake, became parents last April when the former 7th Heaven star gave birth to the couple's son, Silas. Ever since then, Biel has been spending time at the gym to keep herself in the incredible shape she's in.

In a recent post from E! News, Walsh dished on new West Hollywood fitness studio Rise Nation- a great place for new moms to try out different activities.

"This is a great for post-baby...Rise Nation is fantastic," the trainer said. "Mothers, after having the kid, they really need to pay attention to the breastfeeding and stuff like that. She can't really lose everything 'cause she is breastfeeding. It's going to take a while. At least here, we aren't doing too much. She can kind of go at her own pace and it's fantastic."
