They've mostly had a marriage filled with great highs captured on their reality show Donnie Loves Jenny, but Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg will let things take a more emotional turn as they join Wahlberg's fellow New Kids on the Block band members on a walk down memory lane.

In a preview clip for the August 26 episode, the band heads back to the Boston towns they came from while on their current tour, and revisiting their old stomping grounds proves to bring some big emotions for the guys--who include Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Danny Wood and Jordan and Jonathan Knight.

"The new kids visit their old turf," a voiceover says in the clip.

And though the visit initially appears to be simply full of happy moments as they recognize relics of their past, things do get emotional when they arrive back at the school where their futures began.

"We started in this school 30 years ago," Wahlberg says in the clip as his proud wife looks on.

The gang then heads to the auditorium--where they remember their first performance together as a group and truly start feeling emotional.

"You know, when we say, 'Throw your hands in the air,' this is where we first said it," McIntyre says in the clip. "This is what made us."

The guys then truly revisit memory lane as they bust out in a song together on the same stage.

Donnie Loves Jenny airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on A&E.
