Miley Cyrus is known for causing fluster shock due to her outrageous outfits, stage presence and even some of the things she tends to say during interviews.

Wednesday night when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! was no different. Cyrus wore a pretty revealing outfit that left host Jimmy Kimmel severely "flustered" since she had heart-shaped pasties covering her breasts that were otherwise exposed since her top was like a cape and was simply draped over her shoulders.

Cyrus' outfit and "tits," which she pointed out, led to Kimmel mentioning he has a 23-year-old daughter and he was wondering how Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, feels about how she dresses and behaves.

"My dad's cool because I'm sure he'd maybe rather me not have my tits out all the time, but he'd rather me have my tits out and be a good person than have a shirt on and be a b----," the 22-year-old entertainer dished in the video clip below.

"Well I see a lot of people with clothes on and they're kind of a-------," Miley explained, adding, "When you've got your tits out, you can't really be an a------."

As the interview went on Miley asked Kimmel if she is even allowed to say "tit" on his show, which she is not and it led to her hatred of the words "boob" and "panty".

"The humans aren't afraid of the human breast. It's the nipple that's the issue...Like, I'm showing my boobs and no one has a problem, but the nipples are covered, so somehow that's okay. So America's actually fine with tits. It's nipples they don't like," Miley enlightened.

The conversation continued to flow about her heart-shaped pasties and how you can really get any kind of pasties.

We imagine Miley's outfits for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday will be very freeing with lots of pasties involved.
