The Canadian singer has been counting down to the release of this track since last month with the help of his many celebrity friends like Little Mix and Fifth Harmony.
Bieber went from a countdown of days to hours upon releasing the single to iTunes and elsewhere and dropping the lyric video, which features two professional skateboarders.

"[I]'m back," Bieber declared on Twitter while dropping the Spotify link for "What Do You Mean?" prior to dropping the lyric video, which features "the legend" and good friend of Bieber's Ryan Sheckler as well as Chelsea Castro.

In the lyric video, which is below, Bieber even makes a cameo and skateboards with Sheckler and others.

The single is an absolute banger. It has a similar vibe to "Where Are Ü Now," which Bieber collaborated on with Diplo and Skrillex, since it's so dance-y.
It is holding the top spot on iTunes at the moment and will surely take over radio station's playlists.
Bieber is scheduled to perform the new tune for the very first time at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday! We wonder if Sheckler and Castro will be part of the performance.
