Nearly one week after marrying Teen Mom OG star Lowell, the mother of his two daughters, Baltierra gave fans an inside look at his emotional vows, and shared a snippet from their Us Weekly pictorial.
"Look at my beautiful WIFE! This, ladies & gentlemen, is why I was bawling like a 9 year old little sissy girl when she walked down the aisle," Baltierra captioned the photo below.

Baltierra went on to reveal a portion of the vows he made to Lowell during their Aug. 22 wedding.
"I promise to always vitalize you like the angel you are," he wrote. "This life & its hardships crafted the most beautiful human being & gave her wings strong enough to fly home to me. I'm forever blessed to be wrapped by those selfless, loving & nurturing wings...there is no one else I would rather be than the father of your children & your husband."
Lowell and Baltierra tied the knot on Saturday, alongside 154 guests, including their daughter Carly, who was adopted by Brandon and Teresa Davis in 2009, and their second child, daughter Novalee Reign, who was born in January. Teen Mom OG stars Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, Matthew Baier and Amber Portwood were also in attendance.
