The one good thing that came out of dealing with her husband's alleged affair was reconnecting with her long-estranged father, but in a new clip for Kendra on Top, Kendra Wilkinson gets some heartbreaking news about the man she recently let back into her life.

In the clip, Wilkinson is riding in a car when she gets an email from her dad, Eric, telling her he has to go in for an emergency surgery -- news that causes the reality star to break down as she fears the worst.

"Getting this email right now is not something I expected. What if something happens? Right now I feel powerless," she says in the clip. "I just reunited with my dad, we're now getting back and bonding and becoming so close and these are the moments where I honestly' don't know what to do."

Wilkinson previously credited her father for being the person she felt she could turn to when her marriage to Hank Baskett imploded last year with reports he had cheated with a transsexual model. Also estranged from her mother, Patti, the reality TV star found herself turning to the man she hadn't seen in 20 years for a shoulder to lean on.

"If it wasn't for this mess with Hank, I would have never had the courage and the strength to go to my dad. I hadn't seen him in 20 years, but I had no fear anymore. And I couldn't be more proud of myself," she previously said. "I am so excited that I did that for myself as a human being. And we're still in contact. We're talking almost every day, emailing each other almost every day, and sending each other photos."
