Owen Labrie, the 19-year-old accused of raping a 15-year-old when he was a senior at the elite prep school St. Paul's (where John Kerry and a slew of other big names went to high school) has been acquitted of felony rape by a New Hampshire jury today. Labrie was convicted of four misdemeanors, including three sex assault counts and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Labries faces anywhere from 3 and ½ to 8 years in prison and will have to register as a sex offender.
