It seems that Jerry Seinfeld's family nearly got into some trouble with the law over something pretty surprising.

Jerry Seinfeld Teases 'Seinfeld' Reunion

Earlier this month, the comedian's spouse, Jessica, took to Instagram to post a photo of their son, Julian with some friends as they stand outside with their hands behind their heads. As a big post with the word 'Lemonade' can be seen written downward, a police car can be seen in the back.

Jessica wrote in the caption that the neighbors screwed up their day of selling lemonade by calling the police so the boys jokingly posed for the camera as if they were under arrest. Despite the fact that the cops came out, it seems like all went well at the stand.

Apparently, the neighbors got the cops to come out over illegally parked cars, according to CBS New York. When they came to the Seinfelds, they supposedly said that lemonade stands may not be operated on village property.

The money the kids made is reportedly being used for Jessica's 'Baby Buggy' charity.

A lot of people were not happy when they found out that the police had to shut down the stand. Users responded to the Instagram photo with sarcastic comments like, "You see a garage sale outside call the cops on them and see how they like it fresh lemonade better than store bought lemonade STUPID PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!"
