Taylor Lianne Chandler still has more to say about the difficulties she's faced growing up.

Taylor Lianne Chandler Clears Rumors On How She Was Born

The 42-year-old, who made headlines since last fall after claiming she was in a relationship with Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, became famous for more than just her suspected life with the athlete. She also revealed she was born intersex where she gave a number of interviews on what that meant and how she identified herself.

On Sunday, Chandler took to Facebook to say that despite the fact that she is a woman, she was forced to be a boy when she was a child. She apparently always knew she was a female, and even though there were some people on her side, there were others who put her down every way they could.

What Did Taylor Lianne Chandler Say About Michael Phelps' Engagement?

"People called my Gaylord and fa--ot, but I had no clue what that meant and would smile," Chandler wrote. "In 4th grade I was forced to cut my hair and wear a boy uniform. This was torture for me! By the time I got to 6th grade doctors were fully involved and I required hormone therapy as I didn't produce healthy levels of either on my own."

As she continued her post, Chandler pointed out some other stories, including a frightening car accident that left her scarred.

"I have had many surgeries since to try and bring me back to pre-accident," she wrote. "I am now ugly, deformed, old, horse faced, botched and a freak."

The end of the post has Chandler saying that despite her struggles, this past year has made her stronger.
