On Sunday, Alec Gonzalez, who will be a contestant on MTV's new season of the reality drama, took to Twitter to say that he wants the trailer to premiere at the VMA's on Sunday night. And since he wasn't invited to the big music event, he thinks it's the "least" they could do.

As it turns out, the series took to Twitter to respond to Alec's request. Unfortunately it doesn't seem too likely that the trailer will be seen at the VMA's, but viewers might want to stay tuned just in case.

The third season of Are You The One will revolve around a group of attractive twenty-something hopefuls looking for the love of their lives. As they meet new people and get to know each other, the parties start happening and the intimacy kicks in.

Alec will be joined by fellow cast members named Austin, Chuck, Connor, Devin, Hunter, Mike, Nelson, Tyler, Zak, Amanda, Britni, Chelsey, Hannah, Kayla, Kiki, Kristyn 'Cheyenne,' Melanie, Rashida and Stacey.

Are You The One Season 3 premieres on Thursday, September 24 at 11 p.m. ET on MTV.
