Justin Bieber is finally back and according to his fans, he's better than ever. The chart topper broke down in tears during a very emotional performance of his latest hit, "What Do You Mean?" at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
The Twitterverse couldn't stop talking about the Biebs and his onstage performance, in what many are calling his best in a very long time.
According to reports, "What Do You Mean?" premiered on Friday, and broke the record for the fastest song to hit number one on iTunes. The track is the controversial singer's first single in about two years, and the lead song for his upcoming and yet to be titled album, which will be released in November.
