Although there have been questions posed on the show regarding the severity of Ayers' health crisis, both he and Gunvalson have maintained his cancer is real, and during tonight's new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gunvalson is seen breaking down after her co-star, Meghan King Edmonds, confronted her about the end of Ayers' life.

"Last night, we cried all night long because I said, 'I cannot lose you.' And when she looks across and tells me, 'What are you going to do if he dies,' well, you know what? I'm going to be one sorry, lonely person because he's my best friend," Gunvalson cries to Tamra Barney and Shannon Beador. "How dare her question his health. It's disgusting to me. I don't want anything to do with her. I don't want to see her ever again."
