Chris Brown's baby mama, Nia Guzman, is fighting back against recent allegations.

In a statement forwarded to Enstars by her management, Guzman addressed recent allegations, claiming she is dating a man who goes by the name King Ba, and is currently on the run for felony forgery.

"The allegations that have been made against Nia Guzman are completely false," the statement read. "Nia has not been in a dating relationship with Ba for several months and she has no criminal record and has never took park in any criminal activity with Ba. Also, Nia is not trying to obtain any fame or additional money from Chris Brown other than the child support that is expected for the raising of their child and she asks that the press and general pubic would stop hurling false accusations at her and her daughter."

On Monday, TMZ reported on Guzman's relationship with Ba, and said Brown was planning to use the man's questionable past in his battle for custody of his and Guzman's daughter, Royalty. Last week, in a separate report, TMZ claimed a Houston TV station had reported police were searching for Ba, who is reportedly "accused of forging more than $5,000 worth of U.S. Treasury checks."

After seeing the news, Brown told fans, "Funny how I work a legit job and love my daughter to the fullest and I'm in her life. Well, if it ain't the pot calling the kettle black."
