Well, well, well, Ocatavia certainly won't be the only Arker donning the Grounder's war paint in season 3 of The 100.

Series creator Jason Rothenberg posted the first season 3 set photo of Clarke (Eliza Taylor) on Tuesday, and it appears the wayward Arker will dive head first into the Grounder world this spring.

From her intricately braided hair to the dark lines emanating from her eyes, Clarke certainly looks the part. The question that remains, however, is why? Rothenberg didn't specify which episode this photo came from, so it is unknown if this transition will take place before or after Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) arrives back on the scene.

What the photo does make abundantly clear, however, is that The 100 will treat viewers to a more in depth look at Grounder culture during season 3.

"We're going to dig so deep into the Grounder culture this year," showrunner Jason Rothenberg teased. "You guys are going to love it. It's amazing. It's actually one of my favorite parts of the show, world building and such."
