Though reports in November stated a break-up, Deadmau5 proposed to Kat Von D on Twitter Saturday.

The music producer and Canadian DJ tweeted, "I can't wait for Christmas so... Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?" and posted a photo of a diamond engagement ring with skulls on each side of it, adding, "Changing the diamond to a black diamond FYI. Sorry for the jpg [photo]... they'll finish the actual ring soon I hope. I love u."

The celebrity artist then responded "yes" to the question on her own Twitter account. She added, "Mi corazon [my heart]!!!...Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiance!" She also attached the link to a photo of her kissing her fiance.

"Holy f**king s**t. Im engaged and stuff!" Deadmau5 wrote. "Thanks for the well wishes and support from the horde and everyone else! BRB while I spend the rest of my evening with my future wife."

The proposal shocked many since the two had a public breakup in November. Von D tweeted last month "I can't say I didn't give it my best...Deadmau5 and I are no longer together." He wrote similar sentiments on his social media page ("no hard feelings" he added) and confirmed the split.

Von D, 30, and Deadmau5, 31 (real name Joel Zimmerman), confirmed they were seeing each other after they were spotted holding hands in September. The "L.A. Ink" star was previously engaged to Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James. They announced an engagement in January of 2011 and were on and off until it ended in August of 2011.

Deadmau5's next scheduled U.S. performance will be on Dec. 29 in El Paso, Texas.
