On Instagram on Friday, the Teen Mom OG star and mother of two told fans she was excited to get back to her regular workout routine after her August wedding.
"Excited to get back into a gym routine again! Thanks to @idealshape for the delicious IdealShake protein," Lowell captioned her photo, which featured her taking a sip out of her shaker cup.

On Thursday, Lowell's husband, Baltierra, told fans he had returned to the gym, as well. Along with an Instagram gym photo, which featured Baltierra taking a bite out of a protein bar, the reality star wrote, "Now that the craziness of the wedding has died down it's back to the gym and back to reality. Thanks @idealshape for sending me these IdealBars, they make getting back at it a bit easier. #ChangeYourAppetite."
Although it is unknown whether or not the couple's wedding was filmed for an upcoming season of Teen Mom OG (which has yet to be confirmed), there were plenty of photos on social media, hinting that fans will soon see the couple walk down the aisle. Still, the photos which seemed to include MTV crew members may have simply been videographers hired to capture private footage for the couple.
