It's everyone's favorite time of year again: the announcement of another new iPhone model is upon us.

How Does Apple Music Fare Against Its Music Streaming Competition?

Apple is scheduled to announce and present the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus on Wednesday at 10 a.m. PT in San Francisco. That's 1 p.m. on the East Coast.

The iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are predicted to be similar to the current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models but with enhanced features. Rumored improved features include quicker processors, higher-resolution cameras and more. Another possibility is the introduction of Force Touch, which has been implemented on new MacBooks and the Apple Watch already. The feature allows a sensor to detect a user's light touch versus forceful touch, which perform different functions.

Netflix Movies Added In September Include 'Moonrise Kingdom', 'Philomena', 'Up in the Air' & More

Apple is also rumored to be announcing an updated Apple TV, with new features for various apps and the inclusion of Siri voice commands.

Also, Apple will likely use this opportunity to introduce the new features of iOS 9, the latest software update. The update will presumably be free to most iPhone users and rolled out sometime this month.

Apple will be streaming the "Special Event" through Safari, Apple TV and more. Requirements to view the live stream are below.

"Live streaming uses Apple's HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires a second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 6.2 or later."
