'Z Nation' Season 2: Premiere Sneak Peek, Murphy Has A Hilariously Disturbing New Trick

The creator of Westeros will swap white walkers for the walking dead when he drops by Syfy's undead romp for season 2's eighth episode, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Captured by a character known only as the Collector, Martin will be locked up with the rest of the villain's celebrity zombies. The decaying author will even be trotted out for book signings, including one for the amusingly titled Promise of Spring.

For those who fear The Song of Ice and Fire series will never reach it's seven-book conclusion, you can rest assured that come hell, high water, or deadly plague, Martin will keep on writing. His signature, however, may be slightly illegible.

"I just want to prove to my fans that even in the Zombie Apocalypse, the Song of Ice and Fire books will still come out!" Martin teased, according to Entertainment Weekly.
