Tonight, 52 contestants will vie for to be crowned 2016's Miss America. Yes, we know that it's 2015, but the winner's reign will mostly run through next year. It's the national American beauty pageant NOT associated with presidential candidate Donald Trump. Last year's winner and current Miss America Kira Kazantsev will crown the winner, while the main part of the show will be hosted by Chris Harrison and Brooke Burke-Charvet again.

But probably the most talked about person of the evening will be head judge Vanessa Williams, who became the first African-American Miss America in 1983 but was stripped of her tiara due to a controversy vero nude photos she had posed before the pageant. Williams; return to Miss America is seen by many as a sort of reconciliation between her and the organization.
