Apparently, Jennifer Lopez is hoping she can move on out and move on up. There's a new report that says the singer and actress has relisted her Hollywood Hills home for a much lower price than previously expected as she is desperate to sell the mansion.

According to Xpose on Monday, the Latina beauty is selling her home for $14.5 million as she previously had it listed for $17 million. The luxury home comes complete with nine bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms and its own home cinema.

It also boasts spacious lounge areas, a modern kitchen with an island in the center of the room, and a sprawling garden.

Meanwhile, there's another report that suggests Lopez might be super jealous of fellow pop star Britney Spears as she is currently raking in the most money in Las Vegas with her shows.

According to Naughty Gossip, Lopez is none too happy over the fact that Spears has extended her residency for another two years at the Planet Hollywood Resort. The "Piece of Me" singer is reportedly making an additional $5 million in her contract, as she will be getting $35 million for the next two years. Sources say that the new deal along with merchandising can make her the most successful pop star to perform on the Strip.

Lopez, meanwhile, is getting an estimated $29,670,000 for her two-year run. Her residency kicks off in January of 2016.
