In the just under five minute long video, which is below, Stroud explained what happened in Mongolia during one of his crew's last shoots when the accident happened on July 10.

Stroud appeared to be in plenty of pain and wound up sustaining multiple injuries. In the video it was noted that Stroud managed to break three ribs along with dislocating his shoulder, tearing chest muscles and puncturing a lung.

The aftermath of the accident is even visible with fragments of the car scattered around on the ground.

"I'm glad it was me and nobody else," the Canadian dished in the video, but admitted that since it was just him the shoot is done.

On Reddit Stroud went into even greater detail about the accident.

While the accident was scary nothing is holding the survival expert back. He's already planning for the filming of the next season of Survivorman and Son with his son Logan who just celebrated surviving cancer.
