Burnside, who is no stranger to reality television and co-hosted For The Love Of Ray J on the network a few years back, told VH1 that she is determined to make her late Godmother, “the one and only Ms. Whitney Houston” proud— as well as remember Bobbi Kristina, who passed away on July 26.

Bobbi Kristina was never able to recover after she was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31.

Burnside said recently, “I’m gonna represent [Whitney] to the fullest; and now with Bobbi Kristina not being here, I have to hold it down. I’m gonna make sure their spirits never die.”

Bobbi Kristina’s death is still under investigation as police try to figure out what happened that morning. But her estate believes that her longtime boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was behind it all. They filed a $10 million lawsuit against him that alleges he gave Bobbi Kristina a “toxic drink” that led to her going unconscious. Gordon has maintained that he is innocent and never caused any harm to Bobbi Kristina.

As far as her father, Bobby Brown, he stopped by The Real for his first television interview since Bobbi Kristina’s death last week and said he hopes the District Attorney in Atlanta will get involved with the investigation and bring Bobbi Kristina and their family justice. Some of the co-hosts also said they have taken steps with hopes of finding out the truth.
