It seems like things could really be ending for Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes, as reports have now begun to circulate that the actress and fashion designer is trying to find a way to get full custody of her daughter and leave her long-term beau.

According to OK! Magazine, Mendes got sick of waiting for him to propose, but the both she and Gosling were attributing recent problems with their relationship to a lack of sleep and trying to adjust to life as a newborn. However, following their daughter turning one years old, they both have begun to realize that their problems go far deeper.  

"He kept convincing himself that Eva would relax once Esmeralda was out of her newborn phase and Eva was getting more sleep," sources said of the actor. "But now he can see that their problems are more deep-rooted than that."

And now, with Mendes realizing the same, thing, she's prepared to hurt him in the cruelest way possible and is secretly consulting lawyers about an effort to obtain full custody. 

"He'll be devastated," the source said.  

The reports come at the same time that other rumors suggested that Mendes was fearful her beau was going to cheat on her with his La La Land co-star Emma Stone-who he has paired up with to portray romantic interests in a film for the third time.  

"It doesn't matter how many times Ryan tells Eva that he and Emma are just friends, she knows there's an attraction there," sources said. "Eva stops by the set and constantly calls Ryan to see what he's up to. If she gets his voicemail, she'll text until he gets back to her. The trust just isn't there, and she thinks it's time they went their separate ways."
