It could be the most heartbreaking first leg yet on the season 27 premiere of The Amazing Race, as three potential teams find themselves frustrated to the point of tears and upset over potentially coming in last.

In a preview clip for the September 25th episode, teams head to Rio de Janeiro Brazil-but at least three of them are seen breaking down in tears over the possibility of being the first team eliminated.

The first team that shows tears are the cheerleaders, Tiffany and Krista, who seem to struggle during their detour task and as a result, fear a last-place finish.

"It's just a little frustrating when you can't get something," Tiffany says in the clip.

However, there could be a chance for them still, as they are also seen in a cab, with Tiffany still seeming teary-eyed at the possibility of an elimination.

"Please, you have to drive fast!" she says to a taxi driver in the clip.

However, engaged couple (known as The Green Team) Justin and Diana, also seem to have some frustrating troubles when it comes to locating either a detour location or perhaps even the pit stop itself, which gives Justin the haunting reality that he and Diana could be gone so quickly.

"We have the possibility of being the first team eliminated," Justin says through tears.

But once again, another team, Team TMZ Kelly and Shevonne, are also at one point in trouble-after Kelly has to tell Shevonne to stop crying when they run into problems during their detour.

"Don't cry!" she says in the clip.

Will one of these teams be the first ones eliminated?

The Amazing Race season 27 premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
